Sorry to inform you, but that water myth is false.
And this might also be helpful to you: some drugs take more than several days to get out of your system.

Sadly, none of us really knows the answer, unless we are an expert, although we all have our opinions... And reading desparately everything you come across will only leave you frustrated. I know. I have been in your shoes.
That being said, you have not given me enough details. Is it a lab drug test? Or more like the home pregnancy that is done on site? This makes a difference.
And what are you being tested for... job? Probation? This affects the solutions open to you.
That being said, here is my experience. I HAVE passed urine tests for THC with three days clean, a detox drink like Q Carbo, and about 10 glasses of water on top of it. I drank until I wanted to throw up. (But be careful-- you can drink water to death, believe it or not.) I honestly feel it was the water more than anything that allowed me to pass.
The main thing is what drug are you being tested for? DIfferent ones have different detection times. I also think what works for one person will not always work for another. I have heard Certo, Niacin, Golden Seal, Pickle Juice... etc. I personally have used a condom inserted into me and pricked with a needle when needed to release. Do your research, make your choice, and then try to provide for any circumstances. In other words, if you are going to cheat, PRACTICE!!!
Ignore those on here who say, dont do drugs. Most people dont know what it is like, and refuse to stop applying morality to it. Someday the public will get their head out... and stop believing everything they have heard.
THat being said, addiction is very sad. (All drug use is not addiction.) If you feel that you are addicted, please get help. There is more to life.

It depends on the drug and the dosage. Some of the drugs tested for in a drug test are fat soluable, meaning they stay in the body for anywhere between 20-30 days. Drinking water will have no effect on those types of drugs.

Water will only dilute whatever is in your system, not erase it completely. I've heard of instances where it's diluted the urine enough for the drugs not to show up, but I wouldn't recommend trying it, as it's not a guaranteed method.
I've heard of some "home remedy" methods, such as: Drinking pickle juice, Cranberry juice, Sure-gel (It's a cheap brand of Jell-o, eat a few boxes worth..)
There's also something you can buy at most head shops.. the brand name is "Golden Seal". It's kind of pricey.. I think $40 a bottle, but it's guaranteed; if you fail, they'll give you your money back.

It depends upon so many factors like
duration of ingestion, (ie:since how many years)
interval between ingestion and the drug test,
amount of the drug taken, and
the type of the drug,
our body condition like Kidney functions , etc etc..
But as a rule, nothing you can do, to prevent getting detected to maximum perfection...
But dont try it...

No you dope (haha). The trick is not to try to REMOVE something from your system because you can't do it fast enough. The trick is to KEEP IT IN. You do that by flooding your system with Carbohydrates which siezes your liver up and prevents any toxins from being released from your body. Red Bull has about 36mg, you're good at about 100mg...
This does not work on pregnant women or chronic users of anything, but if you are an occasional idiot it will work.

All that drinking a lot of water is going to do it dilute your urine. They will make you redo it or fail it if it is too diluted. Like mentioned earlier, if you must, find a clean friend and have him pee for you. I hadn't thought of the condom trick but my friend used a zip-loc sandwich bag and rolled it up, then taped it under his sac to keep it warm enough. It worked for him every time he did it.
addition: the urine must be between 90-100 degrees when you do it. So make sure it has enough time to get warm.
Do not waste your time with Jell-o, or cranberry juice, or Sonny's 7, or any other things like Golden Seal etc, they either do NOT work or else they can be detected.

Yea, drink lots of water and you can even try taking AZO pills(which are for urinary tract infections) it will make your urine bright orange but if you drink alot of water you can flush it out in a day!! And you'll pass your drug test with flying colors, next time just stay away from drugs!

Depends on how long it has been since you have had anything. you can pass a urine in 72 hours but be careful because if you drink to much it will show up diluted and you dont want that. There are lots of ways to naturally clean your sytem with cranberry juice as well....good luck

The test (if it's urine test) checks for body temperature.
If you drink loads of liquid, you temp will drop and the test mught be deemed invalid and you may have to retest. Make sure you're clean for the retest ;)
