I am a beautiful woman, thin, smallish medium frame with long legs, and around 115-120 pounds.

Lately as I gain weight my belly does not have natural rolls of fat but instead it has a pregnant look to it, only I'm not pregnant because I'm a virgin(there's no way a virgin can get pregnant)

So should I stop complaining if I have a pregnant look?

If so, how would men react to it? I'd imagine they'd be scared like something's wrong and in which case, if I were the woman, I'd be embarrassed as hell. Are guys aware that women even do this?

I feel like I'm so shy (terrified of social interaction, will cancel plans...avoid plans...etc) and people around me just don't validate that social anxiety is a huge problem. It's a major phobia. There's a reason I'm a hermit so much ... and it's not by choice. I would love to be able to be active. There has to be a way (besides therapy) to cure this torment?

My grandpa is in ICU and he's very bad. He is 82 and has phnumonia and hasn't been eating. They said his kidneys were very dehydrated. Today they had to insert a feeding tube and they said he wasn't getting oxygen in his blood so they put him on a ventalator. Is a ventalator the same as life support? I'm very worried the doctor said that he's only giving him about a 20% chance of living. He needs prayer so plz remember him.

I eat like a pig yet it seems nearly impossible for me to gain even a pound! I've tried all kinds of protein shake, eat whenever I feel a bit hungry. I believe that it's because I have really fast metabolism since I must run to the bathroom about 20 minutes after each meal...I've also tried talking to my doctor and he ran some tests on me and the result came out that I'm healthy, so he didn't think I need help on this issue. *sigh* I'm desperate to gain some weight I want to look more curvy rather than a stick. I'm currently wearing size 00 jeans and size 2 clothes..and they barely fit me without any stretching, I really don't want to start searching in the kiddo section, ever! please help me.. :(

I requested my Dr. mail me my medical records. The office sent me a consent form to sign & are asking me to pay $50.00 for handling copying and mailing fees. I believe per the new HIPAA guidelines that these records are mine. Why should I pay a fee?

I had a pain in my ear 3 months ago. The physician gave me an antibiotic medicine and so things became alright for 2 weeks after medication. Now, 2 months ago, something was filling my ear, the PCP thought it was wax so he used to flush my ear, he did that many times and then reffered me to a specialist. The specialist says this is a fungus and gave me an anti-fungus medicine. The problem now is that after the specialist put the medicine in my ear for one full-week he said that there is no fungus and you should be alright from now, two days later, I had a pain and went back to the specialist and said for me: "the fugus came back while it shouldn't and I don't know what your problem is, I should send you somewhere else". I am confused now, is this serious thing? what should I do?

My mom is hesitent to take me to the doctors, even tho I am scared that I wont have kids, or I have cancer. I can tell when Im supposed to get my period each month, I PMS majorly, and I want to eat eat eat, lots of salty or sweet foods, but my period never comes. When I first started my period, it was weak, and last 2 days, then it didnt come for a few months, and it was way heavy and lasted 2 weeks, then it didnt come again for a few months, and again it was heavy. then it stopped coming all together.

I've not had my blood checked in three months. I've been having tremors for a couple weeks. Last night I started feeling nausious. Today I felt like throwing up. Nothing came, but I started drinking water and felt a bit better. Yet I've felt quite weak all day. Not hungry. I took myself down to 900mg from 1200mg, also. I also take Effexor and Xanax.
