Yes, it is o.k. to con't sexual relations during pregnancy.
Usually towards full term, it may get uncomfortable for the woman & the doctor might ask her to stop as well.

Hi there,
sex is fine during pregnancy. However, if there is unexplained vaginal bleeding (avoid sex and consult your doctor):-
1. The presence of symptoms (cramping or contractions) or risk factors (multiple gestations) that may indicate or predispose a woman to preterm labor
2. Leakage of amniotic fluid (the fluid that surrounds the baby)
3. Placenta previa, a condition in which the placenta is situated in an area that covers the cervix (opening of the uterus)
4. Incompetent cervix, a condition in which the cervix is weakened and opens (dilates) prematurely, raising the risk for miscarriage or premature delivery
There are many positions to adapt during pregnancy.
Have fun!

Yes! As long as you are comfortable with it. And it does not cause you pain. I have 3 kids and we made love quite often. Until I was within 2 weeks of my due date. the it just seemed to be uncomfortable. Most of it had to do with my belly getting in the way. And having my body feel so swollen.
But as long as you like it , feel comfortable, and have no pain. Go ahead and enjoy making love.
If you have any questions or concerns during your pregnancy talk to your doctor about them. Trust me you will not ask or say any thing they have not heard before.
Some things you can do are get a book on pregnancy in general if you don't want to buy one get it from the library.
Get a book or search the web for sexual positions during pregnancy.
Stop intercourse if you have any pain, bleeding or even just spotting.

Yes. Close to delivery, the Doctor will tell you to stop. Before then, you'll be fine. You may want to get a book on positions during pregnancy...Good luck!

Usually it is OK during the first 8 months, but no gymnastic moves are permitted.
