I usually keep it simple. Eczema is usually dry and itchy. I recommend Dove soap. Make sure it is unscented. There are other soaps and body washes with scents. Make sure you get the unscented one. There is a medicated soap called Oilatum. It is made specifically for people with eczema. It does not have a particularly pleasant smell, but it helps with the dryness and the itchiness. There is also an after shower Oilatum cream to seal in the moisture.

You cant have an ordinary soap. You must ask for a sulfur soap in the drugstores. Use it all over your body whenever you take a bath.

You have to use mild soap with no perfume and best if formulated for eczema skin.

You can consider using emu oil products for your skin. Emu oil comes in shampoo, facial cleanser and soap.

Your doctor is the best one to ask (hopefully) but Aveeno is good or baby stuff like Johnson & Johnson.

i know hospitals in australia use hamilton products for psoriasis you can get them from your chemists, but go to a doctor and find out exactly what you have first.
