You live in America! I'm sure you can find a way. Eat more, watch TV instead of doing something physical, become lazy. Plenty of fast food. Weight training could help if you don't want to get fat, but want to bulk up.

You are probably not as skinny as you think you are. Lots of folk would like to thinner. I assume you are a youngster and that being the case you may have to wait until you get a wee bit older.
You can try and increase your body density ie the hardness of the bone. This can be done by using weights.
If your skeleton is not fully developed then do not use any weight that are heavier than you. Try just doing pull ups and hurdles and stuff like that.
Do not worry about vitamins. Most foods contain everything you need and more. besides they do not absorb into the body well through tablet form.
drink milk not half fat or anything just proper milk and train as hard as you like you should be fine. Make sure your meals are not processed ie frozen in a packet crap. Try and make sure most meals are prepared by your parents or yourself.

use anabolic herbs & derivatives, like Beta-ecdysterone, Rhodiola rosea, or carthamoides leuzea from russia.
Eat lots of protein shakes & powders. More calories, more bread & carbs. Avoid fatty foods. Take B-vitamins daily. Take Zinc 100 mg daily. buy all the anabolic herbs like I mentioned. Research a google-search. don't give up.
