It's not good to sleep with your bra on, it can restrict circulation.

Well, I sleep with a bra on pretty much 99% of the time, but I've been told that sleeping with a bra on restricts any growth if in teenage years and if there's a wire or the bra is too tight, it could leave marks. That and, if there's a wire, you could bend the wire without meaning to.

Personnallly, I like to sleep without a bra on. But I do believe it's just personal perference. Sleep with one on or go without, it's up to you!

Ive been sleeping in a bra for a little over two years now. I think its because I feel a little more secure and not quite so "free". It hasn't seemed to give me adverse side affects to this date...

it depends some women sleep with a bra on some do it with out one i like to take my off it fell so good to do that

Personal preference, I think. The first thing that I take off is my bra! Hate it!

So-so. Your skin needs to breathe and the constriction may not allow you to relax for a good night's sleep

i have heard leave it on or your boobs will sag even lower or cause more back pain. but at night time for me that bra has got to go.

not really, your skin needs to breathe also that tends to be uncomfortable as bra's tend to be a little tight to hold your breasts inplace.

my 44dds need to be free at night and out of captivity
they are well rested when the guns debut in their holster for the day-standing tall and aiming high!
