I need to know how i can lose 30 Lbs fast.....I have tryed everything and I just want to get down to my ideal weight. I have 3 kids and no time to go to the gym, my husband has the car all the time for work, and i cant leave my house. fasting just make me gain weight, i try to walk at night but thats when my hubby works.i need help, and i am looking to lose it in as fast a time as i can.

I just moved to a new place and dont know anyone so i dont have the support from friends that would help, and my husband is at work or sleeping.

There's no quick way to lose weight. You really need a lifestyle change. Don't diet change your eating habits to a more healthier choice. Take the kids out to a park and play with them. At night take the day's pressure and have wild sex with the hubby.

First thing, get your metabolism moving. The best way to do this is, exercise or get your blood moving early in the morning. Do not eat anything before hand, your body will have to consume erergy from your "body fat". I tend not to eat breakfast or lunch and have a small meal or something that will fill me that does not have any kind of fat. ( pork rinds, a huge salad with lemon, not dressing, lots of fruits) these kinda things. And, hope for quick results.

ok from now on you gonna eat little meals that means everything you ate before you gonna eat the half of it

eat rich for breakfast

eat a half plate of a warm dinner in the afternoon

after 6 dont eat anything when its really bad then drink water or milk or a soup

and eat alot vegatables fruits espacially pine apples and strawberries reaallly good for diats

i have recommended somethoin a few other times on here its the cabbage soup diet it sounds gross but it works had a friend of mine who used it when i was in the army cause he was going to get kicked oput for being overweigt and he lost over 20 lbs in about a month

you are on the wrong path....wanting to get it off fast WILL NOT keep it off...(.it is a life style change..... ) you have kids right? use them in your exercise.... involve them and get them active...fasting and starving is not the way to go and can cause a various amount of illness......... and teaches your children VERY BAD EXAMPLES..... And do you want to pass this disease off to them..And give them these insecurities you have? Find a dedicated friend to jpin you and exercise.... You need time for YOU........... And You need to learn how to Eat..... Please, do not look towards a quick fix..... Do it healthy..... Do it right...... Best Of Luck

id say get some weight loss pills BUT BE CAREFUL..read up on some like TrimSpa or something...theres a certain drug in some (ephedra i think) that makes u jittery and shaky-not fun...but read up on em...thats probly the best bet...good luck and BE CAREFUL =0)

work at home with workout dvds ( best choices: Gilad, The firm, cathes and bill blanks tae bo), eat healthy , low fat and low carb meals, drink plenty of water and keep record .

if you want to loose weight sis, ill do it with you 200 miles isnt gunna stop us from doing what we want. i need to loose weight and you want to. together we can do ANYTHING.
