Two foods. A human needs fluids and protein. Eggs and milk would come close to what you ask, but there are things missing, like vitamin C, and some minerals. Could survive on the eggs and milk for awhile, but you would have scurvy!

This isn't a food, but what a human can survive on ifthey had nothing is water. Although almost every where you go there are vegetables to eat, but you need water no matter what.

YOU have to have water- but it is not exactly a food- you can go without food for quite a long time- but not wo water- i know of no single food to survive on- D
