I think low back pain is caused by a lack of emotional support and / or feeling unloved. If I was you, I would try to remind myself that life supports me and loves me - particularly every time i felt a twinge.
I would also get myself to a gentle chiropractor - one that does more than sports medicine. I fell down a flight of stairs on a job when I was about 20 at work and workman's comp rushed me off of it. Turned our a few years later that I had a rib twisted all that time and a chiro fixed me in very short order. Of course in the low back it is not likely to be a rib, but a good one can help you find the physical issues you are dealing with (maybe you damaged an organ or have one pinched) and help you find relief from your discomfort.
Peace!

An x-ray doesn't show everything. My doctor sent me to a bone specialist. He is giving me shots in the back that help a lot. I have severe degenerative arthritis and three disks that have shifted to the left, of the vertebrae. The x-ray didn't pick all this up. I think you should go to a bone specialist. The shots help so much. Don't suffer like this. I fell in the street. I couldn't shift the clutch on my car, so it started with my knee, and then I told the doctor about my back that had been bothering me for a very long time. We often just live with it, I think it's time you did something about it. I couldn't even mix a cake without my back killing me. These shots are a life saver. The phsysical therapist told me to swim a half hour every day. That's a great help. But please see a bone doctor, so he can maybe give you shots to relieve the pain.

You must be really suffering to ask this question four times! I sincerely hope you get some good answers and suggestions for your pain. I also suffer from lower back pain and haven't gone to the doctor to be diagnosed. I do know that severe pain can be mentally distracting and affects normal daily living, I have no answers but I sincerely empathize with you and hope you can get some kind of relief soon.

You are so young to be in this kind of agony, believe me I understand, going through a double knee replacement, and a right hip replacement, and for the past 2,3 years, I have crippling arthritis in my lower back and 2 herniated discs. Please try getting the epidural shots, they do them in sets of 3's, I went to my local hospital to the Pain Management center. Unfortunately, it didn't help me, but I know many people whom it has helped, and being 20 I hope it will help you. Good Luck and hope you will be pain free soon.

Pls consult a Neuro surgeon for further treatment. He may recommend a MRI Scan for a correct diagnosis. Being a young person, you would most probably be cured by medicines and exercise.
All the best....
