If I take a multi vitamin, plus calcium for a bone fracture, plus msm, glucosamine/condroitin for tendinitis, plus a vitamin c supplement, plus omega three, will my body be able to absorb and use it all as if I were only taking one at a time? feasbly, how many more viatmins could I add before my body started wasting a lot of it?

you need to do some researching.... because the answer is yes... but it probably depends upon which vitamins... and also food you eat with it, etc...

Yes, I know that with Calcium at least your body can only absorb 500 mg at a time. If your multivitamin has calcium I would recommend taking it a couple hours apart from the calcium supplement to be able to absorb both. Also, vitamin D at the same time helps to absorb calcium(can get this through at least 15 min of sunlight a day) You don't need to take anymore than one vitamin a day especially since we get a lot of vitamins in the food in our diet anyway. It is possible to overdose on vitamins and have them get to toxic levels in the body which has negative effects.

u can divide the timings of ur vitamin consumption and take these along with what u are already consuming
1.u can take iron supplements along with vitamin c as iron is absorbed when taken with vitamin c at night between the meals otherwise u'll hav severe stomach ache if u'll take after meals.
2. vitamin E after breakfast just for 15 days 1 tablet a day then u can take after 3 months
3. vitamin A for 1 month then u can take after 3 months
4. B complex betweeen breakfast
gudluck n hope u get well soon mam

what you've just described is fine..the only thing I would actually ADD to that is a baby aspirin, believe it or not. But you sound like you have a great list of stuff to take...perfect in fact.
