My freind uses it and has lost a lot of weight. He eats low cals and takes it. He doesnt exercise. I would say though that unless you plan to eat a sensible low cal diet then dont waste the money cause it wont help much.

You just have to use it correctly. The more you work out with it the better it works. Don't eat a lot of unhealthy food.
