usually you will start cramping..which is indicating that your uterus is starting to shed it's lining. This is a good indicator, but not every time will you feel pain. Many woman feel pain 2-4 days in advance..but when the actual "event" starts, the pain is usually more intense, and they can feel the difference.

It's different for everyone. I start craving sweets and get real bad cramps (which I didn't until after I had my son) and I have no energy.

if period is coming, you will notice a white substance coming out and you can feel your stomach a little bit bigger. its natural.

i dun cramp at all!! yay for me. i dont feel any different so i just have to keep an eye on the calendar!
