I still am extremly fatigued no matter how much sleep I get, no energy at all, depressed 99% of the time at varying degrees, other minor syptoms as well. I have been reading about armour thyroid as a possibility.. I want to discuss with my doctor the possibility of either upping my current dosage or totally switching to armour. what I would like is comments and suggestions on this. I would like to arm myself with enough information on arnour for my doc to read....

I had heart surgery a few years ago, and doctor recommended I exercise more...but with all these choices I haven't a clue which one to choose. I'm thinking one that won't cost me a small fortune, durable and doesn't take up alot of space but yet that will last me a long time, possiblity a warranty with great impact/workout results. Any suggestions??

I read in the NY Times last year that studies show ginsing reduces the amount, severity, and length of the common cold. has anyone ever tried this, and if so what were the results? also, is there any food that is abundant in ginsing, or do you have to take it in pill form?

How can you compare prices of CHANTIX at various pharmacies? I've tried online at their web sites and they don't post prices. I can get Canadian prices, but not USA.

I often get a rush of liquid during intense sexual pleasure (NOT necessarily just during orgasm). I thought it was urine because it's clear, nonsticky and there's so much of it (enough to soak the sheets under us), but it still occurs even though I make it a point to pee before I have sex. Is this urine or female ejaculate? How can I be sure?
