Bad the fact that it has way to much caffeine and complex sugars. Try real fruit juices or plain old fruit its a natural energy booster and the simple sugars r better for u pluss u get the benefits of vitamins. Also when yer tired try taking a few deep breaths the added oxygen will help u wake up trust me. I was in the military and had to stay up a week. I ate lots of apples and oranges and only had two cups of coffee a day and managed just fine.

As long as you're not getting bladder infections and stuff like that and you sleep good I dont see what it could hurt. I drink caffiene all the time, all day long . Im so youst to it that it doesnt even phase me. One thing is that when youre body gets youst to it and then you go all day without any you can get a headache. So remember that caffiene can be well, in my case addictive and its probley not great for ya!

The energy drink will not help you sleep if you drink it at night. Work on getting on a schedule and a routine so you can get the sleep you need. Make sure you are drinking a lot of fluid and eating right.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids as caffiene is a diuretic (will dehydrate you if overused). Make sure you are not drinking this in a resonable time preiod before you want to sleep.

very mad. the more caffeine you take in a day the harder it is to get good sleep. My boyfriend conpletely cut out coffee and avoids caffeine anywhere he can. He sleeps a lot better. when you start to cut out caffeine, it's real hard at first. some people even get withdraws or whatever, but once you get through it, it's worth it.

Bad enough to destroy your body rest time. Your body will never recognise sleeping time as normal anymore, until you stop giving such "stimulants" to it, and "teach" it to sleep as normal.
