I have really bad night sweats and I want to use something natural what does anybody recommend?

yea... I usually just wear lighter clothes and crank the AC up. I also use a light cover and put the fan on. Also a layer of deodorant so it doesn't kill my boyfriend.

oh you should aska chinese herbalist they know a herb that will cure it
