This is not a joke. See, I have a very sensitive nose. I’m not talking about a flu.

To cut my story short, I discovered this sneezing relief by chance. 60ml of Vanilla Coke and an Aspirin and a few minutes of rest.

Mind you, I’ve tried all manner of things without results but this one worked like a miracle!

Does anybody have a scientific explanation for this? And even if it is a placebo – man, what a placebo!

My husband is due to have a Cervical Facet Joint Injection procedure and I was hoping to gain a bit of knowledge prior to his procedure. Does it work, any comments, any complaints and such. I know what it is, but don't have any personal comments about it.

Last night, during a fight, my roommate said he thinks I have a chemical because (according to him) I am beautiful. When I look in the mirror I think I am hedious. I am fat, my hair can get really frizzy, my skin isn't what you'd call clear. I think he's either lying to me or has known me so long he doesn't "see" me anymore. He says the reason I see myself so negitivly is because I have some sort of disorder. I don't think so. Is there a disorder like that?

I run a weight loss forum and I want to motivate everyone more with a winter challlenge. Do you have any ideas on how to do a challenge like this online? I know people can post their weights or weights lost but I wasn't sure how to make this challenge more fun and to get people motivated. Should I have people check in daily or weekly or report to me? Or should I form teams? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks so much! :)

for Neurosurgeons only. My wife had a serious accident in which her
cervical spine suffered a prolaps 3 months ago.
Although she can walk normally, sit and move, she still suffers
from infrequent, once or twice daily tremours to her abdomen, and has generally low sensation in her arms and hands, downward from her elbow.
The Neurosurgeon has no solution as she won't have an OP.
Can the spinal injury be healed over time, and does a stiff neck collar help to improve this symptoms? She can only wear a soft collar the stiff collar gives her real discomfort.

Hey Everyone,
I'm a 6'4 (yes tall!) ACTIVE female. I do about 90 mins of running everyday (even when sick I still go!)
I'm eating also very healthy. I don't eat any junk food, nothing bad at all. I follow an extremely healthy diet.
But I find that these past 3 months, I'm always hungry!
I'll have quite a big breakfast around 8am and by 11am my belly is starving!

Now should I just keep eating more food till I'm full? Its all whole gains, veggies, fruits and proteins.
Could this constant feeling of hunger mean I have a fast metabolism that it digests food fast and is ready for more?

Thanking you in Advance!
