When your heart beats fast, that doesn't necessarily mean that you're burning calories. If your heart is beating fast for no reason, it's because you're proned for a major stroke or heart attack.

But, burning calories is just a term that literally states that you use up what you eat through exercising instead of just spending it through out the day. "Burning calories" is also a term that is used for people who want to compliment dieting and weight loss.

When you burn calories, it takes both the heart and mind to blast off unwanted fat: so therefore you either sweat, or feel constant fatigue.

sweating has nothing to do with calories burned it is just your bodies natural reaction to your bodies temperature increasing.
heart rate also doesnt mean you are burning calories it can be caused by nervousness as well as exercise.

what calorie burning really depends on is the effort level given for the particular activity you are doing and the time you are doing it. and if you do this, both heart rate and sweating will go up because they are dependent on the oxygen and cooling needs of your body

Typically, heart rate is the better indicator of calories burned, but to be really effective, you need to keep the heart rate up for a reasonable period of time. That's the goal with most aerobic workouts.
