A friend of mine was overweight and a heavy smoker. She works at a hospital and was told by her doctor to wear more than one patch. She confirmed this with another doctor she worked with. So yes, under certain circumstances, you can use more than one, but I think I'd check with my doctor first!

I don't know anybody who does, however my moms friend when she was trying to quit, she chewed gum and wore the patch. She would chew a step 2 gum and wear a step 4 patch. I dont think that worked out for her because well she's still smoking. haha.

That's probably dangerous. But the patch sucks anyways. Try the gum. I used to patch and it didn't help me but the gum works great.

It isnt good for a normal person but I would think people who are larger or have a high metabolism or are extreme smokers might need the extra one at first in order to curb their cravings

Uhh, I don't think that is safe. If you need more milligrams get a higher doses of the patch.
