Every day i bite the inside of my mouth until it bleeds, then i drink the blood. Kind of a habit to me, I heard someone saying that the whole drinking my own blood part is a deficiency, what is this deficiency called?

thanks to all who responded to my last posting. The death of my daughters wonderful step-mother was a result of a cut in her bowel during the lap-band procedure. Her 7yr old son is still in shock as is my daughter who was with her when she passed. To everyone who is trying to lose weight... it's not worth risking your life for, take your time and do it right w/ diet and excercise... and for all of you who find it so fun to make fun of obese individules please keep in mind that you are part of this problem... she didn't have this procedure for health reasons she had it so she could feel excepted and not feel less of a person because of a weight problem. What a waste. Now a child is w/out a mother and for what? It's not easy being overweight...but I would say it's better than being dead.

hi everyone, i am about 5"3 and 107 pounds and a college student who is trying to eat healthy (not lose weight). I am not really hungry, but i calculated out the calories I have eaten today, and i need more! i was told that 1200 should be my minimum. what else should i eat!?!

I have self-diagnosed this, admittedly, but basically I have a persistent mild cough that disappears entirely if I leave the city for a week or so, and which gets far worse when I'm exposed to smoke/fumes, etc. What I want to know is this: am I right to not seek medical attention over this? Please only answer if you have good reason for an opinion - no knee-jerk responses, please.

Ok, my BFF has ADHD * We are like the bestestest friends ever. But her ADHD sometimes make it hard for our friendship. Sometimes she is really annoying acting as if she were a 5 yr. old instead of a 14 yr old. I know its not her fault that she has ADHD but how can i cope with it? I do not want to make her mad or upset but i am tired of puting up with hes actions. I think its 3 things that are causing this issue, 1)Her ADHD 2)My Insensitivity and 3)Possible sied effects of her mediction(Ritalin)????? Any input would be great! Thanx!

My mom said she later saw them constricted. We went to see a movie and he left abruptly to go to the restroom but was gone so quickly. His behavior is conflictory. Sometimes he is nice and friendly and at others he is angry, listless, and demanding. Does this suggest drug use? I was thinking cocaine. But I do not know.

Almost everytime I run as fast as I can my knee will pop out of place and then pop right back in and its very very painful! and I have to lay there for about 10 minutes till the pain wears down and I can walk agian.. And its getting more constent more and more what is up with this?

I started taking zoloft a few days ago but I'm only taking 1/2 of a 25mg tablet, which is not a lot. Yesterday and today I'm experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness; yesterday I thought it was left over from some pain medication I took the day before but it's still happening today. Is Zoloft known to do this?
