I think i am more fit than most people my age (21). i exercise regularly, watch what i eat ( I am getting enough protein) and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Yet, everytime i go to the gym, i come home, have breakfast, feel fine and then go to class and fall asleep. i also exhausted for the rest of the day. While this was going on the whole of last year i thought it was a sleeping thing because i was having sleeping problems as well but now i am noticing that if i don't exercise in the morning i feel a lot better throughout the day. I really enjoy exercising in the morning but can't afford to feel exhausted for the rest of the day. Why is this happening?
