Ice cream, candy, more freqent meals etc. anything high caloric should do, lots of carbs but if you have a rapid metabolism it may not help. Remember increase your calories - weight gain!

It's not about what you eat, it's about when you eat and how many times. If you are trying to gain 20 lbs by december, try eating full meals and have at least 4 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks between dinner, dinner, and eat before you go to bed. Remember, a lot of your wieght is the water in your body. So drink a lot of liquids as well.

I'm no doctor, but I can definitely tell you there is a difference between good fat/weight and bad fat/weight.
If you are looking to gain weight you don't even necessarily need to eat a lot either. Also depends what your metabolism is like.
And of course - "everything in moderation!"
Eat lot's of protien! Even protiend shakes and whey powder!
Stuff that sticks to your ribs.
Eggs, chicken, pasta, potatoes, beef, sausages, a truck.
Good luck!

There are so many ways to reach your goal, but a healthy way to do it is, by eating or drinking protein and carbs, to get protein you can eat meat or you can make shakes with protein powder and adding your favorite fruits. Also try to eat multi-grain bread with penaut butter. You can get the carbs from rice, beans, bread, basically from all grains, but remember not to exceed cuz I bet you don't want to get sick. Avoid soft drinks and yunk food.
