Adding a glass of milk or yogurt and an apple or some other piece of fruit would be a good healthy way to add those extra calories.

Try http://www.calorieking.com it's fabulous, we have it at home and from following it my husband has lost 20lbs!!!! It tells you what's in everything and makes everything so easy to track, it has this huge database of food, so you can enter something to see what it will affect, and if it's the wrong choice, just keep searching for other options! That's how we stayed under our limits.

protein, dairy, fruits

you can have sweets and junk food, but if you want to eat healthy, just remember to stop sometime even though youre already skinny.
