What is your first reaction when someone tells you they have bipolar? What is your thougths/reactions once it sinks in? What do you want to tell someone that is so depressed they just want to die/harm themselves or want to get away from everybody. How about when that person starts to have panic attacks? What is your reaction when you go to a store and try to ask an employee a question and they are on the defensive side or about to cry. Do you really care about that person or just get mad and want a manager? Be truthful, I am writing an article and want opinions/thoughts from both sides (those with and without bipolar.)

Had it three weeks and am on combination liquid remedies. I would like single remedies that are appropriate. I believe I am a Constitutional Sulphur. My homeopath prefers the combination remedies in an alcohol base but I would prefer to know which remedy id actually helping which isn't really possible with the combos. Do those of you in Europe ever use Dr. Rekeweg's combinations and have success with them?

My mother is diabetic & has not been properly controlling her diet & is now have severe health problems. She's not overweight, but really needs to change her eating habits & won't do it as the doctor says. I feel that if I help her she will change them & hopefully live a little longer than the rate she's going now (she's only 47). Does anybody know of any websites with FREE diabetic eating guides or sample menus? She's coming to stay with me & even if she doesn't know it, I will be monitoring her health by preparing her food. I would really appriciate any help you can give me. Thanks in advance!



Also, does anybody know of any website with a full calorie chart for everything (fruits, veg, burgers, fast food, etc)? That one is for me, I need to lose weight & cutting calories is the only thing that has worked for me, so I do not end up like my mother :) Thank you again

i've been sick for four days now, with a touch of a cold, but worse than that - a really upset stomach and diarrhea.

yesterday i had to go to the bathroom at least ten or twelve times. probably more.
i've taken some pepto bismol, but it's not helping much at all.

anybody have any remedies that might work?
are there particular foods i should eat in certain portions?
should i see my doctor?

can you be bulimic if you don't mean to be....
the thing is i eat don't get me wrong but for the last few weeks if i've eaten just a little too much and i've felt bloated and completely stuffed... my body chucks it up for me... does this count as bulimia??
i know it sounds stupid but it's really getting me down and i don't want to go to my GP as to be completely honest i don't like them... they actually scare the hell out of me they always have.

I've recently lost a stone of the weightwatchers diet (now I am 5 foot tall and 9 stone). but realise that dieting can only acheive so much. i eat mcdonalds twice a day... i have 4 doubles, 2 large fries, 2 cokes, and 2 milk shakes everyday... and i eat lots of junk food around it and i'm 6'2 and i only weigh 165 pounds... why cant i gain any weight?? i exercise once a day by going out side and playing football for about an hour and i dont even run.. i just pass the ball.. why cant i gain the weight????

No matter how much love and care you show towrds her she is very indifferent. The once happy and bubbly girl i used to know is now the opposite of what she once was she refuses to seek medical help . Intimacy is out of the question and she covers herself up from head to toe.Does anybody else have a similiar experience with their partners.
