Download "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and play that.

Write a journal that is focussed on the positive aspectys of being a teen -- with emphasis on the good things like your health, your weight is good, the whole world is still a possibility for you, you have no financial worries, you can develop your unique ability in the world at your pace, new relationships, you can eat almost anything and don't really need to work it off, etc.

Try writing a five point positive focus everyday.
