It's not a secret, just make the change when you've been in one sphere too long. So if you've been exercising, making love, eating and/or doing housework all day, take a book to bed with you, meditate or write your journal. If you've been reading and writing all day, go for a walk, do some dancing; you will know when it's time to make the change.

If there is a trick to it, then it's having stuff in each sphere available to you, so you can easily slip over. So get things in place that you're going to want to do, could be belonging to a gym, starting a journal, learning to meditate, anything that will attract you away from the mind or the body when the time comes. In other words, if all you have available easily to you is cerebral activity, it's hard suddenly to become physical - what do you do ? So learn to dance, find a lover or join a fell walking group - better still all three - so it's all in place when you're ready.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant, but it's what I understood you to mean

Who can say if your body exists ? But your mind does, though you are the only person on earth sure of that fact. Your body speaks your mind. So therefore the mind is the most important thing to work on. If you visualise that which you desire and take small steps toward it every day, then what you desire will eventually become a reality, sooner than you thought possible.

I'm not sure what kind of dilemma you might be having between the body and the mind, but EVERYTHING is mind over matter. If you think yourself well, you'll be well. If you think yourself sick, you're gonna be sick. It's pretty simple, really.

There must be a sort of balance.
But you can't achieve perfection with both. You need to specialize if you know what I mean.
