Yes, you may be bulimic. It could be something else, but you are reticent to try to see a doctor.
Both anorexia and bulimia are caused by anxiety and (a phrase that means you don't see the same person in the mirror that other see), and can be helped with medication.
However, since you don't wish to take medication, may I recommend surrounding yourself with lavendar and vanilla scents, or any other scents you find pleasing, and begin to drink camomile tea.
Mostly the camomile(chamomile is the same) is a relaxant, but it does have some helpful qualities.
Good luck

I know you don't want to hear this...but you DO need to see the doctor. It is obvious that you are stressing over this and that will make the situation worse...not better. If there is a problem, you need to take the bull by the horns ya know? There are too many denominators to what is happening with you. Wouldn't you feel better to know it if it is NOT something serious? If it is...that something is being done about it? Don't be afraid darlin...just pray and let God be in control.
You could be pregnant, You could have an ulcer, it could be a hernia or acid reflux, it could be that your dissorder is trying to rear it's ugly head, it could be a stomach virus, it could be so many things! One thing is for sure though...whatever it is, you can't fix what you don't know about. Take CARE of yourself sweetie! You are the only one that can help you to start with...then others can help you. You have to take that step. Please! Go and get yourself checked out. Tell all to the doctor and don't withold anything so that they can diagnose the problem accurately. Furthmore...have more Faith!

If you aren't doing it on purpose, I don't think it actually qualifies as bulimic....but it doesn't sound good. It could be serious, or something easily solved.....in any case you need to get medical assistance. Is it just YOUR GP you are scared of? If so, you need to actively find another one. Tell them up front when you make the appointment about your fears. If you've found a good one, they can help put those fears to rest. It might be the best thing you'll ever do for yourself.

Nobody sets out to be bulimic. You also could be pregnant or have some kind of virus. If you don't like your GP then find a new one that you will like. Either way, you need to get to one PRONTO....

if this has only been occurring for the last few weeks, perhaps you have an intestinal "bug".... pregnancy? but putting your finger down the back of your throat to deliberating vomit food, is what bulimia is all about... it's right up there with anexoria. Both are eating disorders and only you can decide if what is happening is physical and needs medical attention or psychological.

You're probably just over-indulging, or maybe you have a slight virus that is making your tummy more sensitive to some food.
Some bulemics get to a point where they can throw up without using their finger to stimulate the gag reflex, but unless you're throwing up on purpose, don't worry about it unless it continues.

If you don't force yourself to throw up, you're not bulimic.
If your body forces you to throw up, go see a doctor. It's better to go to them to see if something's wrong than being scared of a GP. They'll do you more good than harm. :)

This could be a very serious problem, (like ulcers). No one wants to have to have medical procedures done. But imagine the procedures you may have to have done if you don't get the problem diagnosed and remedied quickly.
