im sick of hearing all the crap about why people are fat.
i appreciate that there are a small minority with a condition that dosent help.
but for the rest they should remember rule 1 you are what you eat and its not a treat.
get busy you fatties and STOP the lame excuses.

Im not fat but I have a little bit of a belly and it is noticible like I cant wear shirts showing my belly cause its noticible I need it to be flatter. Please give me some tips of exercise or diets I should do. My goal is to have a flat tummy by the end of this month so please help Thanks.

I've tried:bran, cascara segrada, psyllium, oral laxative (prodium & metamucil), prune juice, water, exercise, coffee, oatmeal, carrots, beans, glycerin suppository, even an enema. Nothing is working and I'm feeling nauseous most of the time.
I live in a remote area of the rocky mountains and we do have a hospital in the area, but that's where people go when they're nearly dead, not when they can't poop!
I'd really appreciate any advice. I am willing to try just about anything. There is a large store about an hour away, so don't be afraid to suggest store-bought cures as well as ones that might grow wild.

yet the only two shown on the ad are a woman shaking out a rug and a man with a cat on his desk.
First of all, who wouldn't sneeze with rug dust going up their nose? It's a natural response. Wear a mask when you shake out a rug.
As far as the cat goes - don't yell at me, I like cats - but why does the guy have a cat if he's alergic? I'm alergic so I don't have a cat. Some friends of mine have cats & it doesn't bother me. But then these friends are a bit OCD on cleaning and their cats don't go outside. If I do go somewhere where there is a cat that bothers me, I take a benadryl instead of a Nazonex every fraking day.
I realize some people have many other allergies that are much harder to avoid. I empathize. It seems however the side effects listed on the ad are the same as what the Rx is supposed to prevent.
I think med schools should teach how to heal a messed up immune system rather than what drug to mask the symptoms.

What do you do other than Rx to help allergies?

I have no pain whatsoever. theee is absolutley no blood. I don't drink alcohal or smoke. But I need to go to the toilet during the night. Perhaps tablets are available to control my water.
