Sometimes there is nothing that you can do that will naturally bring it down. It could be inherited, mine is. I have been fighting that and high cholesterol since I was a baby, now 29. Finally it got to the point where they had to put me on meds, nothing else worked before that. Make sure you try everything possible before turning to medicine though.

Eat a good healthy diet. A bad diet is what raised your triglycerides.
