Have someone pull your hair by starting slowly at the back of the neck and grabbing as much hair in two fistfuls close to the scalp.
Pull for 3 seconds and release, slowly working your way up to the forehead, releasing and grabbing the next batch of hair with both hands and so on.
Then work backwords along the sides of the head to the rear.
This will alleviate pain for about 10 minutes.

some things that do help alleviate headaches are to soak your feet in warm water. Of course it isn't possible to do that at work.
If you have no lavender or grapefruit oil that you could massage your temples with or put on to a tissue to sniff at, try pressing on the inside of your palms with your index finger, as hard as you can. The more severe the headache the more pressure it is worth applying.
Alternatively visualise yourself somewhere calm, somewhere familiar where you feel safe and relaxed, and imagine where you are in various shades of pale blues, the walls, the ceiling, the floor, everything in the room is just a calm shade of the palest blues. It might be a favourite room, or a walk you enjoy, wherever it is, just sit quietly for a few moments in the restful blue cocoon.
I hope you find some relief from it

Put pressure on the inside of you sinus cavity right next to the top of your nose and hold for ten seconds. Repeat in the hollow under your cheeks. Also, put your palms over your eyes and apply pressure on your eye socket and hold for 30 seconds. Breathe deep. This always works for me.

Strong coffee may help. also press on the center of your forhead with your thumb right above the bridge of your nose. and use your forefinger and your thumb place them at the base of your skull at the back of your neck and in a sense lift your skull off your spine. do both of there repeatedly.

close your eyes and tilt your head back, if the monitor is messing with you, that should help. Think of your brain and associate the pain with the size of your skull, now picture in your mind the skull getting bigger until the pain is lessened.

take some Tylenol too and wash it down with some Mt. Dew or Coffee and you have yourself some makeshift Excedrin (acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine)
