BAD decision, becuase this cuts off blood flow and circulation causing your hair to break off even easier. Spend your money on shampoo but your conditioner can be dirt cheap all of them have the same propertys and usually you use more conditioner so with a cheap one you have more freedom to pamper your hair and scalp.

Some old but effective ones:
1. Use cold water
2. Use lemon juice once a week n left your hair for an hour or two before wash
3. Don't use soaps
4. don't change your shampoo regularly
5. Use multani mitti or cinders of woods if you can and have time
instead of shampoo
6. Don't put oil or gel in wet hair
7. Hair should be combed more than 4 time with 40-50 brushes in each time
8. Don't use artificial colours
9. Hair not should be long and if they are, then it should be bend at least sleep
10. Use of egg gives shining and strongness
11. Put mustard oil at night. it is a good medicine

3- Wash your hair daily by mild shampoo.
4- Oil your hair properly by simple coconut oil.
