I had a cold but no temperature bout now i have a temperature?

Should i stay home? its 100 degrees

You probably have a secondary infection that took advantage of your body being somewhat weakened by the cold. Give it a couple of days, and see a doctor if your temp goes over 102. As far as staying home, that depends on what you do - if you are in an office or classroom where there are a lot of people close by, they'd probably appreciate not being exposed to whatever you have. If you do heavy physical work, you may not feel up to it. Don't push yourself too hard, but if you feel well enough to go to work/school, it's probably okay (for you, maybe not for people who sit near you).
