Assuming you are not asthmatic or diabetic, try aspirin or ibuprofen, both will reduce fever as well as being painkillers. If you are unable to take those then cool (not cold) showers, cool drinks etc is pretty much all you can do.

A fever is the body's way of fighting infection so sometimes it is a good thing to have and you don't want to get rid of it anyway. Other than that if it is very high you might want to try to reduce it with tylenol which is similar to panadol or ibuprofen.

There are a lot of medicines that treat fever, that are not "panadols". Look around what's available in your drugstore. :)

Take ibuprofen instead (Advil, Motrin) or just plain aspirin. Both are antipyretics.

How about ibuprofen? Better yet - how about asking your doctor or pharmacist? You can go into (or call) your local pharmacy and ask.
