My Dr switched me from Ortho Lo to Yasmin because my menstral cycle was too off track so he said start the new pack on the day of your period. My period started on Friday the 15th... Today is Tuesday the 26th and I'm still on it pretty flowingly... 12 days, That is longer than any period I have had, could it be the new birth control? Should I call the Dr?

My husband had his right let amputated last deember and is 68. due to no circulation. now he has the prosthesis but the pressure that the other leg takes, gives him terrible cramps and keeps him awake at night. Is there any way to relieve them that anyone knows of that will help him get some sleep. I hate to see him like that because they are just miserable for him and for me. help

The dialysis center is a Davita center. I have a friend on dialysis and she is always telling me about her experiences and it really sounds like they are providing substandard care. Some of the things they have done, they could have killed my friend! My friend has lodged complaints with the Dr (non-Davita) and with the center itself, but nothing has really improved. Is there a way that I can help? Any suggestions?

I am still having cravings and from what I've been told they will never go away. I find smoking to be a social thing for me. I don't smoke in my house, so I really enjoy going to my friends with a coffee and sitting there and smoking. I really think I should start again.
Please don't say "don't you have done so good!" It is all I hear and it is a little patronizing. I know that 3 weeks is a long time and I know it is better for my health not to smoke, but I really enjoy it! I don't do anything else that is bad for me, and these days even refilling your water bottle can give you a disease!!!!!! Maybe I am just venting??!!

My period is very regular, but I can't remember if I had it before we went on vacation (August 19th) or as soon as we got back (August 27th), and I know I haven't had one in September for sure. I've taken 2 tests, but they've both been negative, but still no sign of my period, though I have most of the symtoms. Is it to early to tell yet?

AGE 35, PERIODS REGULAR ALL OF MY LIFE, HOWEVER IN AUGUST MY PERIOD WAS 5 DAYS LATE. TOOK 2 PREGNANCY TESTS, RESULTS POSITIVE FOR BOTH. MY PERIOD BEGAN 5 DAYS LATE AFTER I TOOK THE TEST. PERIOD LASTED 4DAYS A LITTLE HEAVY AND WENT AWAY. SIX DAYS LATER I STARTED BLEEDING AGAIN HEAVY. TOOK 2 MORE PREGNANCY TESTS RESULTS POSITIVE.
I EXPERIENCED PAIN IN MY CERVIX, VERY TENDER, LIKE MILD LABOR PAIN AND THE FEELING OF WANTING TO PUSH AND CERVIX FEELING FULL , MILD STOMACHE DISCOMFORT. HAVE BEEN BLEEDING FOR 9 DAYS STRAIGHT. I had a papsmer done a week ago and the test came back very earregauler. My doctor told me that it was the most eareguler that it can get. She told me that cancer is not anything to mess around with and that I have to go back to get a colostomy done on 10/09 she said that we have to let my perid come first and then we can do this test. I am so scared. Has anyone had this done befor and can you tell me how it is done. I would have asked the doctor but I was in shock from what I was told and just wanted to get out of there I was by myself. I am only 26 years old Help me plesa?

My husband will drink the night before, and be drunk for two days after. If we go to bed at 2am on friday night. He is still drunk all of saturday. And you can tell the alcohol is still in his system on sunday. WHY??? the last doctor visit he had everything was fine. Any ideas. Only serious answers please i am really worried.
