I had mouth and chin cramps. When I opened and stretched my mouth, I had a cramp there. Did anyone had those one time? What was the relief for it?

Yeah. Crazy, aren't they? I found that taking a mulit-vitamin gave me the potasium and calcium I needed. NO, Tom Cruise didn't recommend that to me, a sports doctor did.

I do some massages around the neck but the cramps are irritating at best. Sometimes they relate to TMJ which my daughter has.

They suck really bad dude, lol. I get them alot because I grind my teeth at night. Think about get a mouthpiece to sleep in it might help. Also, do stuff to relieve stress, for that is what causes you to grind your teeth. Your probably doing it and don't even know.
Good Luck
