i mean i know they are those nasty white goops on teh end of some pimples, but i had a big one above my lip and then i got sunburnt and it got mega huge so i i was gettin tired of it and i poke it with a new sewing needle and then cut off the dead skin? if i peroxide it should it keep it from coming back, and what is it really dirt build up or what

they are an infected pore, filled with pus. -don't cut them off, drain them (small needle, & squeeze) and then use alcohol to cleanse them

Blocked sweat glands. Don't for goodness sake cut them or you'll scar. Use a good spirit skin cleanser, that may help. After washing your face in hot water, rinse it in cold to close the pores up.

it from skin not sheadding properly and dirt and oil being stuck in there the bacteria builds up which is the white **** they suck .benzoil peroxide will help a lot.
