Smell her.. If she doesn't stink she's probably clean.
Look into her eyes, if they pupils are not dilated/ small pin points, she is not acting strange she is probably clean from drugs... atleast for the time being.
See the results of her blood test, to see if she is free of disease.

what do you mean? clean from drugs, decease free, clean from dirt? Hell there's alot of different things you could mean.
