My period is very regular, but I can't remember if I had it before we went on vacation (August 19th) or as soon as we got back (August 27th), and I know I haven't had one in September for sure. I've taken 2 tests, but they've both been negative, but still no sign of my period, though I have most of the symtoms. Is it to early to tell yet?

take another test next week. if it comes negative, i think you are not pregnant. the best time to take the pregnency test is first pee in the morning. i think the hcg levels are highest in the morning.

some say you can do them up to 3 days before a missed period, but I have done them twice (two pregnancies) on the first day of my missed period. Both were negative and both times I was pregnant. I would wait until your period is a week late. I do know that you can get a false negative, but if it is positive it is positive! Sounds like you already know, (of have a feeling) I already knew with both. Even after the negative result I still knew.

if you dont get your period and you have taken 2 tests and they were both negative, either try another brand or go to the doctor and get blood work done to find out, the best time to test is in the morning first thing. You may also have a missed period due to stress.

Not to early, the best time to do a preg test is in the morning. The blood test is the most accurate.

If you have taken two tests, chances are, you're not pregnant... I have experienced pregnancy symptoms just before my period arrives... and my gynecologist said that happens as a form of pms.

hmm...the best time to try would be in the morning time when you FIRST go to the bathroom, thats when it will be the most accurate
