It works if you use the proper cereal (very low fat/0 sugar) -

Try the Fiber One (1 fat gr/0 sugar) Diet:

1 bowl of Fiber One cereal 3 x day (breakfast, lunch & dinner) with skim milk (I use fat free Lactaid)
1 tv dinner (400 calories or less) for dinner
Drink 64 ozs water (drink plenty water or the fiber will constipate you)
Exercise 30 minutes each day
Note: This diet keeps you very regular (bms)

GOOD LUCK!

Depends on the cereal. Sugary Fruit Loops or the like you would gain or stay the same. Whole grain unsweetened cereal like Special K or the like, you would most likely lose weight. Also depends on the amount. If you ate a whole box at each sitting you would gain weight.

Also you would spend a lot of time in the john. Tends to keep you very regular.

Yes you lose weight, but not as much if you ate cereal for breakfast and dinner, with whatever for lunch. Just make sure you have enough energy for cardio.
Building muscle will be harder on this diet.

Well if you can take eating cereal for two meals a day then that's cool, make sure it's low fat or skim milk.

that's a lot of starch no matter what the cereal is, never mind the sugar...fresh fruit & veggies is a better way to go
