Aleve contains Naproxen sodium and Advil contains Ibuprofen both have the pain killing property. But it depends to which drug acts and provides you relief and comes up to your expectation.

I also see that Naproxen dysmenorrhoea has been a drug of choice when compared with ibuprofen.

You can use but not together.

remember all these drug causes gastric irritation so drink lot of water and never takes these medicines in empty stomach.

May sound a bit weird, but all is well....it works
1. get a mans sock (a big one)
2. fill it with a bit of rice. not to the top though...just some
3. tie the sock at the end so the rice dont fall out
4. heat the rice sock up in the wave for about 1:30-2:00
5. stick it wear the cramps are
6. lay on your left side
7. take a nap
8. PURE BLISS Good luck hun
