Unfortunatly honey it does sound like a misscarriage. Even though the results were positive the second time its because your body still has the pregnancy hormone on board. Even if you were to take a pregnancy test right after giving birth it would be positive simply because it takes a while for the hormone to completly leave the body.

It isnt rare to get your period during the first few months of pregnancy. It is also common that you could be hemmoraging, which is uncontrolled bleeding with no harm done to either you or your unborn child. I'm jus a nursing student, and dont want to give you false hope. Damn the doc appointment, go to the E.R asap! Good luck, you have my prayers.

It does sound like you may have miscarried, but you could also be suffering from implantation bleeding (and still be pregnant).
Your doctor will be able to tell you more, and the pregnancy test could still be positive after the misscarriage, because the hormone levels in your bloodstream still haven't gone down yet.
Hope everything works out for you!
