I am in my forties and here is my exercise regimen...

Monday half an hour with a swiss ball and fifteen minutes with weights.

Tuesday Kickboxing -- forty five minutes.

Wednesday -- same as monday

Thursday -- same as Tuesday

Friday -- same as monday.

is this too much for someone my age. I've been doing it for about four months and still tired. After an inital wieght loss of ten pounds, I have lost no more weight for the last three months.

Man Insurance confuses me! If you have a deductable does that onlycount towards emergency services, like hospital stays, or does it count towards things like yearly exams and regualy Dr. Visits. Thats co-pay right?

I just had Hepatitis A vaccination in the muscle on my upper left arm. I was wondering why some injections are given in muscles and others are given straight into blood vessels. not only that, but also what purpose is there in injecting the vaccine into muscle at all?

What does this mean?

My EKG wa abnormal so htey sent me to university hopsital. I have been having terrible terrible chest pain. especially when i tumble at cheerleading. When i went they did all sorts of stuff. They ended up saying something was wrong with my right bundle branch. what is that? does anybody know what it means?

they said there was nothing htey could do abou tit. hty also said to stop cheering. he acted like it was serious. by the way i was also born 3 months premature... that was in october. i haven't stopped. the pain is getting worse. so...? what should i do? should i be worried.

hey, guys, I have never seen how a sore throat looks like, so, now i am freaking out, i have some discomfort in my throat like it is the beginning of cold, but the way it looks is scaring me.
i looked in the mirror, i saw about 6 spots on my toungue, far end, and they are scarily to me semetrical, 3 one one side and 3 on the other side, making up a trapese, u know what i mean, guys, is it how ur tongue looks when u get cold or what is it?
first thing came to mind "cancer", cos i smoke, please, who knows what it can be.

Im 17 and a half, and Im about 5'6. Compared to my friends, Im really short as most of them are 5'10+. Im about as tall as my dad, and a lil taller than my mom, but my doctor says he thinks I still have time to grow and all of my brothers are 6+ feet tall. I ask, though, because I havent grown in over a year. Im worried that Ill be this short for the rest of my life, right now it is ruining my self esteem and I cant even date anyone anymore because I always compare myself height-wise to them, and it ruins me.

I am a working mother, just turned 41 and have experienced two periods in one month.
I had a period July 2 -5th, then on July 18th I found out my father passed, I began another period on July 19th which lasted 4 - 5 days.

In August my period started on the 3rd week. However, this month (September) I had my period on the 7 - 10th. Then again on the 17th. This time my breasts were sensitive, and my period started out dark and light flowing, then as the days have been progressing it has gotten heavier and brighter.

I phoned my OBGYN and they do not have any openings until next Thursday.
Could I be post menapausal (not experiencing hot flashes, sweats, etc..) or is this something that happens to some women when they are stressed? Could I be hemorrhaging? Can someone please tell me if this has happened to them, or if they may have some insight for me?

He is very attached to me just like my own kid. I know that he'll die soon but I am providing all best things to him in terms of medication and the doctors.
