No, you are not overweight. That is a perfectly healthy proportiion for an active person your height!

You are not overweight and you are probably fine as you are if you have a lot of muscle and/or large frame. If not, then you may want to consider losing a few pounds, but you don't need to go down to 135lb like one ignorant poster mentioned, even 150lb would be ideal.

I think weight training would be a good additional to your routine though, as this will strengthen your muscles as well as your bones and keep you in great shape. You could always reduce your cardio to just 3-4 times per week, so that you can fit in the weight training. Take care : )

No, not at all. Everyone's body is different, so height/weight proportions will vary somewhat, but you sound like you are right where you should be.
It never hurts to do a little weight training. Even if you just do pushups and curls with light dumbells.
You are definitely NOT overweight.

It really depends on your body fat percentage........I'm 5-11 at 195 and am considered overweight by the typical BMI but I run 7 miles a day and lift weights 5 days a week....My BFP is low becuase of muscell weighs more than fat

I don't think so. The new low for 5'9" models is 123, and I saw that one of them weighed in at 134, so I would think you're only 20 more than a model. You probably look great.

I think you're FINE! Weight training is a must to keep toned. Try that a couple of days per/wk.

In my opionion, 160 is kind of big for a woman that height.
Do you have a really big frame?
Your activity level is great, keep it up, see if you can sweat a little harder in your workout.

You should check with your physician to find out your ideal weight range. Kudos to you for exercising! Keep it up.

Yes, you are. Try for around 135. Don't listen to these idiots who are too nice to help you. They are probably fatties, and fat women want all women to be fat.
