Monday half an hour with a swiss ball and fifteen minutes with weights.

Tuesday Kickboxing -- forty five minutes.

Wednesday -- same as monday

Thursday -- same as Tuesday

Friday -- same as monday.

is this too much for someone my age. I've been doing it for about four months and still tired. After an inital wieght loss of ten pounds, I have lost no more weight for the last three months.

Hey there Mark
Your not exercising too much for your age, it's simply that your body has reached a plateau & you seriously need to diversify your workout regimen. Try a step class or Body Pump (Les Mills) or perhaps even a spinning class. There's also swimming & jogging to think about. Your body is seriously fatigued (almost like the muscles being bored with the workouts) you need to perhaps rest & only work out for 3 evenings in the week for about a month & then try to pick up the pace. Your muscles need at least a 24 hour rest period between workouts in order for rest & repair as well as for muscle memory (strength) to increase/develop. Take some time off & or change the workout & you should see an improvement again soon. Good Luck!!

Sounds like you should start running. For each mile you run, you burn around 100 cals. 3500 cals = 1lbs. Alot of times when you start a diet, you lose weight fast because you are losing water weight. Also you might want to cut your cal intake. You should never eat less than 1200 cals. Good luck!

no you aren't, in fact i know very few young people who would do that, and that would be light exercise for them (no offense intended)
