Skinny in this case refers to nude not the body type. So YES fat people can go skinny dipping.

Yes why not they are just as good as skinny people, dont think because they are skinny they are any better they are not. You can do what you like just like the others and dont let anyone put you down too if they do they are just shallow and not nice people to know anyway.
