I usually flow really heavily during my period, and this time I had it light for a day and now I am only spotting. It also came eight days late. Does this mean that I am pregnant?

OK. This is my second year with my science teacher Mr. K. He was teaching for the first week of school. He had recently had a disc from his back removed. Now, he has been gone three weeks--we've had a sub. We assumed there were complications. Also, we thought he may have had knee surgery because he said his knee was bothering him. My mom called him yesterday....and he has cancer. Cancer. Either liver or kidney, i dont remember. he had multiple surgeries to remove cancerous lumps all over his body---He discovered the cancer from his knee. thats why it was hurting. MR. K is such a smart guy, and devotes his time to the kids at my school. He will have to go through chemotherapy. No one in my school knows that he has cancer, but me.

I have tried almost every type of analgesic (painkillers). I have Chronic Daily Headache, and I am in desperate need of information. Is there such a disorder where your body is tolerant against analgesics? What should I try? (accupressure, meditation, stress-management have not helped). I haven't experienced a pain-free day since I was 9 years old...PLEASE help me.

I have ADD and i finished my studies with good GPA then i went to work at a big brokearage firm but i took lot of time to learn and i had to write everthing to remember and other co workers become nasty and circumstances made me to leave that job, pretty depressing to have add but i dont want to go on medication any suggestion

I get weird symptoms after eating a meal with allot of carbs in it.I follow a gluten free diet,but lately my blood sugar has been dropping all the time I have frequent urination and sometimes i get dizzy and really shakey after eating carbs even brown rice! I pee 45 times a day and the pee is water colored. I get heart palpitations too.I have PCOS and they say it causes metabolic disorder or syndrome X.

Had tests to confirm im not diabetic,no heart conditions etc,I do have high cholesterol even though been strict fat free mostly vegetarian for years! I am also obese.

I was on zoloft for 6 months and just recently came off of it. I have been really tired at the end of the day and can't seem to make it to the gym. This morning I woke up and my pants that i wore a couple of weeks ago, are not comfy. I need to lose some weight so that i'm not as tired so that i can get back into the gym. Any suggestions?

I accept all help, but I would most appreciate it if I got feedback from someone who is a professional in, or at least very well acquainted with digestive health and/or food.
Today I had the worst stomach-ache ever. My mom graduated Med school (though she is a DC, not an MD), and for a few minutes, I was truly afraid that I had appendicitus. You might wonder why this is the first thing I thought of; the fact is, I don't eat healthy and I know it. I just can't conquer my desire for bad food. There are healthy things that I like, but if they're not offered to me, chances are I won't eat them. My favorite meals are Top Ramen, fries, TV dinners and the like. I know I should eat healthier but when I'm hungry... if it's there, I'll eat it. I just can't help it. In any case, that's a somewhat seperate problem. What I really want to know is what I can/should eat right now that will not cause me more pain, and what I should eat in the future to stop it from happening again. Thanks.
