I was on zoloft for 6 months and just recently came off of it. I have been really tired at the end of the day and can't seem to make it to the gym. This morning I woke up and my pants that i wore a couple of weeks ago, are not comfy. I need to lose some weight so that i'm not as tired so that i can get back into the gym. Any suggestions?

Just count your calories. Limit yourself to a set amount of calories per day. That has been what works best for me. I dont' get to exercise because of the kids. I try to get them to the park or for a walk everyday, but we walk so slow that I doubt it's any type of exercise, just fresh air. lol

If you were on zoloft, there's this product called cortislim, it's only like $10, and it reduces stress. If you eat b/c of stress, this may help. I tried it, but I'm not a stress eater, so it didn't make me eat less, but it made me less stressed and a happy camper! LOL!!

Cut the carbs and all sugars out of your diet, take a high potency vitamen with every meal and eat lots of salads. The weight will come off, if you stay disiplined. Make sure youre getting enough rest too.

Well it sounds like the main reason is the fact that you are lacking energy. Try taking some ginseng capsuls for energy. Also watch your diet and the best exercise is turning on the radio and dancing your butt off.

If you started exercising again a little at a time, you might find your energy levels will come back up.
