Sounds like possibly a fungus problem. Maybe under your toenails?

It could just be sweaty feet - if you have synthetic shoes and nylon tights for example, your feet will naturally sweat. Try cotton socks, or bare feet in sandals for a change. Be sure to wash your feet morning and night, and dry them thoroughly. Treat yourself to some nice footcream - you can use a quality hand cream like Vaseline intensive care, or a foot cream like the Body Shop peppermint foot cream.

If it is a fungal infection, then your pharmacist can advise on a good cream or spray. Just follow the instructions and don't panic.

Many people have feet that develop a strong odor, it is caused by excessive sweating, switching the kind of shoes and socks you wear along with foot odor powders in your shoes can help absorb the excess sweat. If you can't afford the powders made for this common problem, you can also use any brand of baby powder, rub it on your feet before putting on your shoes and socks and sprinkle a bit inside your shoes and socks for extra help. My Mom had this problem so badly that we would actually run when she took off her shoes and were very glad when it's cause along with tips to treat it were thought up. Good luck and try not to feel bad, you are one of millions who have this.

could be a fungal infection- very common in us human beings! or, it could be the type of shoes you are wearing, if the uppers are man made, your feet will sweat more, and bacteria and fungus LOVE hot, sweaty feet!! when at home keep your feet as open to the air as possible, with flip flops or going barefoot, however you're comfortable. after bath or shower dry your feet thoroughly, especially between the toes. and if you still have stinky feet, go to your drug store and get some anti fungal foot spray and use it twice a day and see if you notice any difference. good luck!

Its probably atheletes foot, or a fungal nail infection. So check the following:

1) Are your nails sort of brittle and funny looking instead of smooth like they used to be? If so its fungal. You can get a cure at the pharmacy without a perscription. Ask the pharmacist.

2) If the nails look good, and washing doesn't seem to help much, get either Gold Bond Medicated Powder, or even better, Tough Acting TINACTIN. Both are availible at the pharmacy without a perscription, are both pretty cheap, and will both get rid of the fungas/bacteria causing the odor.

GOOD LUCK!

Sounds like athlete's foot. Do you have flaking skin? Basically it's a fungus growing on your feet. Don't worry though, there are pleanty of ways to get it off, and you don't even have to see the doctor! There are sprays to kill the fungus itself, and powder to put in your shoes so a. your feet won't smell as bad and 2. to keep your feet dry (athlete's foot occurs when your feet are in a wet enviroment, aka a sweaty sock).

sounds manky- but try a dettol soak and then rub alcohol on. Wash again and then use some talc powder. You have what is called athletes foot. My ex use to suffer terribly- it used to make me chunder up. But dettol soak has to be done after a good soap wash the dettol soak, then alcohol, then soap again. Then the powder. Plus wear socks when you wear shoes- that's the cause of it to begin i'm assuming.

Foot stank is usually caused by bacteria. It's funny because I was watching a rerun on mythbusters last night, and this was one of the problems they tested. A vodka foot bath works to decrease the smell immensely and kill the bacteria. Also, there are foot-bathing products sold to almost completely kill all the bacteria. Good luck.

It could be that your feet are starting to sweat. Try putting baby powder in your shoes & see how that goes. If it still persists it might be a fungus. But check with a podiatrist first.
