Yes try these from some great websites...mostly for Home Rehab but also good, too, for you.

But if you have a set of wrist-weights or dumb-bells (5 lbs.) it could be a good investment if you have enough mobility in the arms to use them properly. (Unsure if you need the exercises for specific injury rehab or just to exercise for general health)

Hope this helps you some.

Lovely, Nolan. I don't know about arms, but all I can advise you to do is use your surroundings. For example, I work out my legs while doing my homework. If I have to read a text, I'll sit in an armchair, with my head resting on one arm and my legs dangling over the other. Then while I'm reading, I take turns lifting my legs. It's more tiring than it sounds. Maybe you could find something similar for your arms?

Find two things of equal weight that you can hold in your hands. Like a can of beans.Start with your arms down by your side and lift straight out sideways-hold for about 15 seconds. Repeat. You can do this in a variety of arm positions.

I use canned goods. hold one in each hand and up and down, hold them side to side ect.....

Position yourself as if you're sitting on air in front of the chair, with knees bent and hands gripping the chair behind you). Then, keeping your elbows in line with your shoulders, bend your elbows slightly to bring your body down (not forward or back, just down) a few inches. Then extend your elbows to bring your body back up again. Once you're used to this exercise and need more challenge, try it with your legs straight out in front of you instead of with your knees bent. Whenever you do such exercises, remember to keep breathing at a regular pace.

that is a good one also.
