My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I would just like to tell you that if it does, when you stop taking it you will probably start putting on the pounds and then you will need to diet again. If you do this up and down wight thing that a lot of women do it is not good for your metabolism and can make losing wight harder than it is already. The best thing to do is change your life so that you can control your wight better(i.e. no to very little stress, eating healthily, and getting into a good workout program).
I would like you to go see your doctor and ask "IF" you are over wight and if you are than what should your wight be. Also ask your doctor to refer you to "a good dietitian if you are over wight" and they will help you get down a good and healthy eating plan.

It does but its so dangerous i had a friend who used it she lost wieght quickly but it can cause so many hamful things to happen just be careful i would recommend trying drinking alot of water everyday and a treadmill or exercise bike for a half hour everyday that worked really fast for me
