It could be a "Happy" heterosexual man.
It could be a "Homosexual" man that is very linear.
It could be a bizzarre way of trying to convey that someone is bisexual.
It could be a "Gay" man that is still in the closet.....thus pretending to be heterosexual.
It could be a Heterosexual Man that just acts like a homosexual, but I thought that was a Metrosexual?
I give up.

I think it refers to a man who swings both ways, with men & women alike. In other words, bisexual.
Like most men, I'm interested only in women myself.
